Stageco installed the stage for a star studded Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert, junt 4th 2012, with a live audience of over 100,000 and a worldwide TV audience of millions. Robbie Williams Productions (RWP) managed the complex event production, contracting Stageco to provide the Mark Fischer designed stage. Stageco managed the installation of 1,000 m² of decking around the grade 1 listed Queen Victoria Monument in front of Buckingham Palace, the prestigious Royal Box where the Queen and Royal guests were seated, 15m high delay towers and two front-of-house structures flanking the Mall entrance to the site. Working on such a historically sensitive monument required great care, coupled with the fact that there was still official changing of the guard ceremonies taking place every day, which dictated timings of our 11 truck deliveries.
